Dear Readers,

Thanks for visiting my website! Ever since Perfect hit bookstores in 2004, I have had the pleasure of receiving so many letters and e-mails that I’ve come to the conclusion I picked the right profession. I love being a writer—and a mom. Even better, a mom whose kids occasionally sleep and play with their Legos so she can write. It’s a crazy life, and my house is a mess 90% of the time, and I’m often so sleep deprived that I put my keys in the refrigerator, but somehow, to my utter amazement, I’ve managed to become the two things I always wanted to be.

So thank you, for reading my books, for telling me what you think about them, for taking the time—and finding the courage—to share your personal connections to my characters and their struggles. It’s your feedback that makes me want to keep writing. So keep it comin’!
